Mental Health Support in Harrow
Harrow Citizens Mental Health Action Team are a group of volunteers from local churches, mosques, synagogues and schools who have found that poor mental health and wellbeing is a major concern to people in Harrow.
They are working together to make a positive change and have compiled two fact sheets of local and national contacts.
